kryptonite had gotten a NJJC memberlist long time ago. NJJC dropped em like rocks when the Jeep forum hit, but then Kryptonite sent emails and I had replied at that time. Then recently they used the same list and email. Here was my reply on 6/26, haven't gotten a reply yet:

I have already asked you to STOP the emails. I thought we were good. My last coorespondance with you was on August 7, 2009 at 9:59am asking you to stop soliciting NJJC. This is considered SPAM and Harrassment. We have the documentation to support us asking you to stop. If we need to take the next step with legal, we are prepared.

You need to delete the list, period.
